I work a 40 hr week and it seems to be making me think a great deal of do I want to remain working for this employeer at this job. I have been working here since the beginning of Feburary and from then to now I am dealing with my daily load being more than I can handle for example my current duties include:
1. Front Desk
2. Billing
3. Sales
4. Bookkeeping
5. Housekeeping
6. Yard Maintance
7. Laundry
All of which are my duties and ONLY my duties. It seems I am the one having to carry the load of this whole motel on my sholders, including the worry and wear and tare. Along with all of these duties comes the responsibality of the entire motel falling again on my sholders. And I honestly dont know what I'm supposed to do to change the situation? I'm being over worked and honestly under paid.
